They have to give airplanes away to reduce 200s. How would they do this giving them to airlines that don't operate 200s?
Eh, your probably right. All I was saying was if they got those options Comair wouldnt get them, those 2 would

Do they have language for larger aircraft swaps?

ASA and SkyWest both have language that allows Delta at their discretion to trade 200's for 70+ seat aircraft.

Don't know, haven't read their agreements. I know that BB hired everyone's favorite consulting company to help with F9 and then help reorganize CHQ.

Unless Delta gave up the weight limit only CZ can operate E175's (shuttle operates E170’s for Delta) and they are limited to what they currently have. Which means these 76 seaters will be CR9's.

Uh, better re-read my post. I know what the TA says. I was talking about Compass (as in ONE specific carrier within DCI) growing as they don't have 50 seater's. I did not say DCI will grow, we all have acknowledged DCI will shrink.

CPZ has the 89000lb mod to the E175's...they have a specific cut out in the DL scope clause for those 36 aircraft. The base/original (not sure what they roll off the assembly line with now) E175 does not have that high of a MTOW. I believe there was some issue with Shuttle America modding all their E175's to the increased MTOW and DALPA got involved and put a stop to it.

Then again I have been at the pub most the night...so I may have it wrong.
