Most new hires are for Boston. Their main hub is Anchorage, that's where training takes place.

Have you heard anything about more SF-340 street Captain positions?

I'm pretty new so I haven't been in long enough for real numbers. but I can tell you this.
Start out....They pay $1,100 per month and that starts the day after you pass the check-ride at Sim. $100 a month safety bonus kicks in after your on line.
They pay $11 per block hour and everyone gets at least 100 each month.
Most of us in ANC fly 135 rules so we pack on the hours. The 121 guys get the $11x1.25 ($13.75) because they fly less under those rules.
I blocked 93 hrs last month and had 17 days off. A lot of days we block over 7 hrs. Reserve days pay 3.5 hrs. 6th day on in a row earns double-time.
All the FO's I have talked to take home 2k min a month.

They have been running them through IOE here in ANC. They are hired for Boston. At least three on line there in Boston now. One in Honolulu.
I don't think they will hire Street Captains for Anchorage because it may cause problems with the FO's waiting for upgrade.
PenAir is all about keeping the pilots happy, so I am told (I'm too new to know)
