Run the numbers guys. Very few, if any, Colgan pilots will hold Captain when this is done because of the fences. The downgrades will come from senior 900 CAs out of Atlanta looking for a new place. They will bump the junior 200 CAs out of their seats and displace them to FOs.
Look at the numbers. Mesaba especially is way over their minimum Captain level for the 200s because of the previous Mesaba Saab displacement, Pinnacle is over as well. Junior 200 CAs will feel the hit in this because of the senior Atlanta pilots.
I know it is fun to blame Colgan for every Captain displacement but this will not be the case.

Everything you said is false. United wants the Q airframes gone. They loved the Q when they were at CAL because of scope, now that the merger is complete they can slide the 70 seat jets wherever they want. As far as pinnacles 50 seaters, Delta just extended the CPA on the 200s till 2022. Check your facts.

Who do you think is paying for the Qs now? UNITED... Who are these aircraft going to? A UNITED carrier, and no the 70 seat jets can't slide into previous continental routes so check your facts mate. Also, daddy Delta can park the 200s. That was part of the DIP financing agreement.You think Daddy D saved Pinnacle out of the kindness of their hearts? This DIP financing gives Delta an out and in BK everything is fair game.
