PNCL Out of seniority Furloughs

Guys and lady, consider this...
Daddy Delta knew this was coming. What did Pinnacle ask from United? I am guessing they asked for payments out of the norm because Daddy Delta postured Menke for that. Delta, does not want more of its feeders also working for the competitors ie United. Knowing United would deny the comp, Pinnacle would be forced into BK thus breaking the contract with United and ensuring DIP financing. Now Delta runs the show and I see in the not so distant future Daddy D parking some 50 seaters as well...
Now you look at the Q operation, I would think it would benefit the carrier that gets them to take the crew that's already qualified on them. Think about it... If the Q crews follow the airframes that saves Pinnacle the training costs and provides qualified current crew to a new carrier. Its a win/win for both parties and makes sense, not that Menke is a sensible person, he hasn't proved it yet.
United loves the Q. The heads at United are former Continental heads who wanted the Q400. Theres another United operator taking the Qs, we're just waiting for the official announcement... What do you guys and lady think?

Everything you said is false. United wants the Q airframes gone. They loved the Q when they were at CAL because of scope, now that the merger is complete they can slide the 70 seat jets wherever they want. As far as pinnacles 50 seaters, Delta just extended the CPA on the 200s till 2022. Check your facts.

Technically, the 9E Merger Committee (in their infinite stupidity), proposed basically only stapling Colgan, not Mesaba. An acquaintance who was on the XJ merger committee (ST), said if 9E had agreed to DOH it would have been that way (as 2/3 of the proposals being the same). Neither here nor there in either case, everyone got a little bit hosed. (Th<ough my personal fav is being told that "the XJ merger committed f*d you because we could").... I'm not even kidding...

Yep... they extended the contract until 2022, if Delta wants to keep them until 2022. They can back out any airplanes that they want with the wording of the ASA.

Fact - the saabs are leaving
Fact - the q 400's are leaving
FAct - The 900's with PQ tail numbers are leaving
Fact - We have an ASA with Delta for 140 200's and 41 900's until 2022.
Speculation - Delta could take more planes away, trade them, or give us more

To those of you wanting to furlough out of seniority to avoid training costs...
What if the company announced the entry of a new, more desirable aircraft type, and all slots would be filled by new hires, because training costs would be reduced. How would you feel about that?
The sword cuts both ways, and you are what you are advocating would set a VERY dangerous precedent.

What are the loopholes? Im not calling you out i just am sick of fear being spread all around with out any facts behind it? What does the new ASA with Delta say that allows them to park 200's?
