If you were...
A first year FO at a regional that appears to be going down(i'll let you figure it out), and were looking to make a lateral move.
What would be your choice and why?
Yes, I know all about the objections to making a lateral move. Yes, I'm aware of the benefits of living in base(will be a factor). But I'm looking for opinions from people who are at other airlines as to how they like it, what the current situations are at their company, how much they get used, life on reserve, etc.

I would buy a small franchise of some sort and work my arse off until a was rich. I would forget all about working for welfare wages at some crappy regional.
