So, when are they going to slow the sinking ship so one can jump in a life boat for a bit? Really have had enough and ready to leave, but would rather take a voluntary then all out quit.

You and me both. My guess, since we will start losing planes in May and the first displacements will need to be trained on the CRJ for two months (June and July). So, August at the earliest. There might be VLOA's which would delay furloughs even later. Also, they probably don't have room to train these guys. They are still training from 11-9. With that being said I would say furloughs will start between August and October.

Is it just me or did anyone else get screwed with the pay? The paystub is not even posted on the crew website.

Mine is posted, and in spite of making calls and emails the first week of April to correct an error, they STILL managed to short me 8 hours.

<sniff, sniff> I get a little misty eyed when I think how tough this whole thing is on SM.

Mine is not posted but according to my bank it looks like they shorted me about $450 this check. I am thinking they didn't put ANY of my per diem in since I am in long term training.
