Several "lowest bidders" have been dropped, and or not had their contracts renewed because of poor performance!
P.S. Gojet pay is not "industry average".

The only thing you have right, is the statement about the NMB. But at least others have a process that will bring on the NMB and in the end will open up the possibility to strike. You guys have nothing. Absolutely nothing. All you have is your hats that you can hold open in front of the management and ask for a pay raise and a better contract. But why would you do that? When pilots like yourself are ignorant enough to believe that you have an industry average contract... With that attitude you should be set!!

I can promise you one thing... Gojet will never get a industry leading contract, and if the group already things they are at the average, well.......... Bend over and take whatever the company shoves up there.

Actually, it isn't ignorant or abrasive....not at all. This is an example of why message boards needs mods. If you have a problem with civil discourse or keeping a thread on topic, go find another board.

As for the thread,

Good luck to Go Jet pilots. I hope y'all get a much improved contract and raise the water level for all regional airlines.

What is a G7?

Is that like when you turn your ID badge backwards so only the barcode shows?
G7 is still an airline like a barcode is still an ID??

The FO side is industry average I think... (minus mainline pay rates)
Year 1 average 23.7
GJ Average 25
Year 3 average 36.9
GJ average 37
year 5 average 39
GJ average 38
year 7 average 41
GJ average 38

CA side:
Year 3 average 66.5
GJ average 68
Year 5 average 70
GJ average 71
Year 7 average 75
GJ average 76
Year 10 average 103
GJ average 97

Maybe below average at the end but.... Maybe I'm missing something here but I've always been told that Gojet has the worst pay rates in the industry for the planes they fly. Are these numbers wrong?

Again... It's a below average CONTRACT! There are more sections than pay you should consider.

And I wasn't even thinking about how and why Gojet was created.

So now we're posting under alter egos??? Wow!

What makes this forum great is the free right to an opinion. For instance it's my opinion that because gojets was started to undermine a collective bargaining agreement (TSA), they will not have any gains in negotiations as this defeats the purpose of their existence!

Wouldn't it be ironic if Hulas did the same thing with gojets that he did with TSA 6 years ago?

Wow. I have read these forums and never said much. I always laughed at how argumentative folks get or how a debate over nothing is somehow forced out into the open. LOL!

1. I was not replying to you.
2. You're right. No argument there.
3. It was PAY I was talking about..

All the while I thought GJ had these **** poor PAY rates cause that is what people say (among other things) on this board. Turns out to be wrong. What else is wrong. Maybe I shouldn't believe everything I read here.

I fly a 50 seat jet and get paid about 20% more than a gojets pilot, that's not including soft money and other contract provisions, a little research may go along way!

1. I know. I was replying to you.
2. I know.
3. PAY is more than the amount you get per flight hour.

If you only now realize that what you read online can be wrong I feel sorry for you. Always do your own research.
