One thing that most are doing, is trying to raise the bar. Get contracts that life at a regional acceptable.
If you are waiting for a callback from furlough at a major, how about getting a job in any other field? You would most likely make more money than a regional FO, and wouldnt outsource your own job.

You do know the history behind this outsourcing right?? The regionals one day didn't up and "steal" that precious MAJOR flying...I agree all flying should be at the Major level...but maybe you need to educate yourself a little more before you start slinging.

You can always tell inexperience when someone doesn't know or understand that the quality of life associated with any airline is directly linked to the contract.
Sadly enough the problem with the industry is not only the naive types in this thread that would happily fly a 70 seat jet for 50 seat pay; but also those that are ok working for a company specifically designed to circumvent a pilot group and their contract. These are the same people that would cross a line, any line, just to enrich themselves.
