Ellen Who are You?
Ellen Who are You? I'm not sure how to take your opinions, but it would help if you told us your flying background and how much airline experience you have.
Just a general idea, nothing that would allow anyone to personally identify you...

The reason I ask???? As a self proclaimed former mesa person, you should know the difference between a "freedom A lister" vs a "regular mesa pilot" or "current freedom pilot". The latter two had to eat it (and continues to) in order to gain scope on the last contract. Something that Trans States has learned with GO-jets & ASA is learning with Skywest.
Finally a few clarifications:
1. Sleeping on planes only occurs on CDO's out of Vegas. (which is still wrong - however ALPA national & the local newspapers seem uninterested.)
2. Most MAG pilots are embarrassed by the saving pilot ryan video stating a JA is more important than a spouse's chemo appointment.
3. Big surprise yes I'm MAG.
4. CFII/MEI turned part 135 freight dog turned MAG.
5. Mesa is not the greatest. We'll see what happens in 2007. According to a former ASA FO turned MAG Captain, ASA is not the greatest either.
Lastly I agree with most of the things you have to say & I understand you have an axe to grind with MESA. But get your facts straight before lumping all MAG pilots in the scab category.

You're right, I don't like mesa but that is 90% management. I also try to discourage folks from working there because:
1) It was F*&#ing miserable.
2) It helps JO undercut the rest of the industry.

I certainly know the difference between mesa and A-list from personal experience. I don't consider Mesa/AMW/ Fredoom-B to be scabs...a lot of my friends are still there. When did I say that? Did not mean to give that impression...

Fair enough & I agree.
Final 2 questions. What's your aviation experience? And were you a Freedom A Lister?
The only reason I ask is you have close to 1500 posts on this site.
Thanks

After reading a few of your posts I'm also curious. So seriously what is your background. CFI, EX-Military maybe a Business Major. C'mon I confessed to flying for MAG.
This is not an attack just curiosity
