My post was related to the fact that you aren't the hiring manger, so does it really matter?

As a counter to your idea, if I were a hiring manager of some well paying airline of the future and I wasn't getting enough quality applicants with 1000 TPIC, maybe I'd lower the mins to whatever it took to get all those guys from your airline. Regardless, If I were at Spirit or JB and Delta called, it wouldn't be a no-brainer.
