Default Frontier Flying Service

Does anyone have any information on Frontier Flying Service in Fairbanks, AK? From what I understand, they hire low time pilots to fly FO in the 1900. Any info about QOL, pay, etc. would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yeah a friend of mine flies for them. He loves it. He got hired with like 240 TT and 15ME. Nothing at all. I believe you can sit on the 1900 and upgrade in it after a while or go over to the Beech 99 or whatever they have. Check it out though, sounds like a fun place.

Nothing wrong with Frontier, though. Its all multi time, which is nice if you want to get out of the state quick. Generally, guys start in the 1900 right, go to the navajo in the bush (2 weeks on/off) for a year to 3 (don't have a prop strike) and then come back to the 1900 left. Takes 3 to 9 months to get out of Fairbanks and into Anchorage in the 1900. The navajo pay in the bush is pretty good, close to 300 a day. A lot of those guys don't want to do anything else.
