True, But that still would not allow for furlough out of seniority order as, just like the scope letter Mesaba had with Mair that was (pretty much the only thing) upheld in the bankruptcy, the seniority list is for Pinnacle holdings and would not be subject to modification in a bankruptcy filing by any of the subsidiaries.

For those of you who think/want Pinnacle is going to be able to furlough out of senority order, you are sadly mistaken. I am a former Mesa Pilot and although Aloha and Hawaiian Sued us for 80 million a piece. Delta Suing us and reducing the Freedom side to only a few ERJ's out of Cinncinati. Mesa shuting down the Air midwest 1900's. Losing all the United Crj 200's out of Chicago and Dulles and the United Dash-8's out of Denver. Losing the US Airways CRJ 200's and Dash 8's out of Phoenix. Having the Chinese joint venture blowing up in our face, oh and GO! Airlines out of hawaii losing money on a daily bases. Still with all that Crap going on at Mesa they were not able to furlough out of senority order.

No way will Pinnacle EVER furlough out of senority order.

No, we were four separate certificates with one Chinese joint venture. It was under the parent company of Mesa Air Group. The four operating certificates were: Freedom, Air Midwest, Go! and Mesa. We operated under one ISL and furloughed in Correlation with the Senority list.
