Colgan (Pinnacle) 15 more Qs?

Word on the street is a judge denied American Eagles request to furlough out of seniority due to parking the ATR's. If this is true I would say precedence is set. It is very unlikely that even if Pinnacle went bankrupt and parked the entire Colgan operation that we would have to face out of seniority furloughs.
You might be able to bribe the judge though ShyGuy!

Sometimes putting the beast down is the most humane. Not that I want to see it happen, but shutting down the company would make my (and I presume many other folk's) decision a great deal clearer.

I agree...but "Beast"??? Come on...this place is like a geriatric old fart on life support in the ICU.

416 turboprops? Are they counting every charter plane in the country too? Chautauqua long since dumped it's last prop, Mesaba recently did too, Eagle parked all Saabs a few years back and looks to be dumping all ATR's, ASA a few years back dumped all thier ATR's, ACA went T.U. PSA and Comair long since switched to CRJ only fleets. Who is left? Commutair with a few DH8-200, Skywest with some E120's that are getting long in the tooth, Piedmont that with the slot swap may be a memory soon, and Colgan that the sharks are already circling if the rumors are true.
I mean are we counting Porter, Peninsula, Bearskin, and Westwind up in Canada to pad the numbers?
