First I tried the Maximum strenght, and I was ready to go, but it was too much. I agree on this, since it's hard to fall asleep during sim training. laying in bed, feeling like the bed is moving and recalling all the mistakes that were made and trying not to let the nervousness keep ya awake at night.

Then hammering down 3 sleeping pills as you leave the simulator facility so as soon as you get back after the session that ends at 2am, you can fall asleep.

Well...here's the after action report...

Today went great! I had a second instructor sitting as the PM and as some of you suggested, it was a real benefit. I got a lot of useful hints and help from both of the instructors it took my nervousness down a level and made the session more manageable.

Thanks for all the help...this is gonna be a wild ride!
