It better, the dash carries twice as many people and is a true two-person airplane with an FA!!! I don't know the Commutair contract but hopefully they have the ability to negotiate pay rates for new equipment if it isn't in their contract already.

Couple other quick questions:
Anyone think upgrade times will increase at all given it's a slightly bigger aircraft (more hours to left seat?); and any idea as to whether any bases will change/add more/etc?

Its interesting, if your hired you are locked in the beech for 14mons, you can upgrade before then but you will locked for another 12mons in beech. You could wait 14mons and upgrade directly into the Dash. However, if you upgrade in the Dash after 14mons its not clear cut that you will have the seniority to upgrade. You may have to wait longer. Its really complex. If you have your heart set on flying Beech and upgrading quick to get your PIC time then its the place to be. The Dashs you be in CLE first then work their way east. So for me I'll upgrade to Capt on the Beech, and wait for the Dash to come to me. Good luck
