I have NO problem voting no and will, and I'm new and would probably get furloughed as a result of BK. Hopefully, we as a group can show management of ALL regionals that we are done being the ones who always get hurt. That Regional pilots are PILOTS.

Aren't you guys starting to have to hire ink wet commercials? The handwriting is on the wall. Smarten up guys. The mainline needs the lift. There isn't anybody to replace you all, certainly not long term as pilots migrate to mainlines and LCC's. They'll drive it into BK anyway with your new lower salary as the starting point for additional cuts.

What's the average paycut of 5% across the board? 2.50$/hr maybe? Average that at 75 hours per month and you get $560k per month savings with 3000 pilots. Per year that's 6.7$ million, still less than our training concession LOA (6-8$ million) and also less than the combined total of the golden parachutes handed out. So in year 1, the pilot group will have conceded 12.7$-14.7$ million! I'm interested in the savings of the other employee groups...No thank you!

I'd tell you to go back to your own board, but your own kind called you out and you must've got your feelings hurt.
To Saabs, he's one of those management line pilots at UPS so he's just one step away from a scab.
But seriously, you don't work here and you're always coming on and talking smack so I'm gonna ask you to kindly p!$$ off!

I'm a little slow, so let me be sure I understand this....
ONLY AFTER the unions agree to a cut,
THEN the non union employees pay will be cut.
Just out of curiosity, aren't all senior management NON union?
IF our leaders truly want to lead, start the pay cuts at the top!
