Default New passenger carrier at KIWA?

Anyone know who the new carrier is at Phoenix Mesa Gateway? Any news on hiring opportunities?

Article today telling of an announcement coming on 12/6 Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport may land second carrier

That's a big hub for Allegiant -- almost 1 million passengers through there so far in 2011. I wonder if new carrier will be same type of service.

Default Info Leaked Regarding New Mesa Airline

AP - Scottsdale AZ. Speaking under conditions of anonymity, a source revealed that the new airline at Williams-Gateway airport will be a new start-up. The enterprise will be headed by an individual with "decades of regional and international airline experience." The new air carrier will be the first US passenger airline to operate the mammoth Airbus A380, the world's largest airliner. The current operating name of the new airline is JOair.

Starting pay for FOs will be $12 per hour, scheduled; $.85 per hour per diem and 24 hour airport ready reserve at no credit every 60 days. Training contracts for the A380 will be 15 years for FOs and 20 years for Captains. Starting Captain pay will be $24 per hour, scheduled only, no block or better. Same terms as FOs for the rest. Min guarantee 40 hours. Like Skybus, all crew responsible for selling drinks, geegaws and general airline-related junk to passengers on every flight. FA's paid on commission only.

Domiciles OGG to connect with that Hawaii-based company that flies CRJ-200s, JFK and IWA.
