I really don't understand the disgust among ASA crew-loungers for the Express name, I don't buy the fact that anyone is that connected to Atlantic Southeast...

Disgust??? I haven't flown with one single person that said they did not like or want ExpressJet. Nobody really cares... As long as it is not SureJet. The people in the back think they are flying on a Delta anyways..

I can't believe after that HUGE shank with "ensurejet" the only things they could come up with was two names already given to them and two more that look like they would be written on a plastic airplane you buy at walmart.

That's odd, because pretty much every ASA person I've talked to wants the ExpressJet name. I'm ASA, and I voted for ExpressJet.

I'm ASA and I voted for ExpressJet too.

I guess I've talked to the minority then. Definitely the majority don't seem to care what the name is, but a lot of senior folks I've flown with lately get really bent out of shape over the issue.

I'm ExpressJet but voted Atlantic Southeast. The four people I have flown with since the vote started all said they were voting ExpressJet. They did however each vote for different options on the wings.
