Remember the Bills/Steelers game last year when Steve Johnson dropped the wide open, game winner in the end zone? See what I'm getting at here?

Read it again....

What it's saying is:

We can't staff our planes, and need to cut the less productive routes to free up those crews who are needed elsewhere.... be it other routes or to cover vacations and training.

the solution to the pilot shortage will be to exit many of the least productive markets in favor of the ones that are highly profitable.

How long is XJ initial/indoc for 900 FO? When I lose my CA seat I'm thinking about giving the 900 a shot. No commute, something different. Going back to 200 FO will keep me frustrated. I think I'd be #3 in MEM so the schedule will be good either way.

Full course, new hire style, you are looking at about 9 weeks not counting any breaks between phases (ground to sim, ect) It was very good training, though when I went through we were still getting the Bombardier training and didn't have the sim in MSP yet so half went to YUL and half DEN.

Thanks. That qualifies as "different".
