They did just hire a director of training from outside the company to replace the existing one, who has been with AWAC for a long time and is retiring.
What positions did you see advertised?

For a company that's been around a long time, that seems kind of wierd that they need all those positions filled at the same time. Mass exodus of upper management usually doesn't mean good things in the future.
