Regional Pilots tipping habits

Farmer, if you really have to ask then you are just a cheap individual who just doesn't get it. It's also the job of the valet, waiter, pizza guy, barber, bartender and skycap to do their specific duties. Do you refuse tip to all of them as well? I'm sure your dates are so impressed with your thriftness. Do you squeek as you walk away with your rollerboard in tow after stiffing the van driver?

I view tipping like Mr. Pink, in the movie Resevoir Dogs.
Do you tip the chick at Mcdonalds? They're doing their job just as much as the van driver. Unless, they do something extra ordinary; I mean really go out of their way, then I dig into my pocket. But this "automatic tipping" philosophy is for the birds...

Look like a slob, walk around in a dirty, wrinkly uniform, not shining shoes, don't thank the driver (courtesy in general), not acting like a professional pilot are a few things that i would say defines if you have class or not.
