hate to say it but I think the 9E guys could have done way better on ISL if your negotiatiing committee would have been a little more realistic in there ways about going through the process...the claims your Negotiating Committee brought forth on the XJ and 9L pilot groups were down right humorous, none of it was fact, and was pointed out by the two other negotiatiing commitees and your union never kept an updated Seniority List on file with the company(how many delays did we have because of bogus 9E Seniority List)...I've seen the excerpts of what the 9E NC brought to the table and their rebuttles against the two other companies methodologies, it was rediculous, your merger committee, when asked to reference facts they presented in there presentation in regards to finances and growth, were unable to site anything from any material, when/if they did, it wasnt fact (XJ and 9L cited everything)...I think Bloch finally got tired of it and you guys ended up getting the short straw
Thanks to the failed airline (xj) your company got on average a 27% payraise and a decent contract...just because your company doesnt staff properly doesnt mean you should call out the other two companies
