Well, if Eagle rejects me, I may go to someone and ask what rules were broken by the school.
I did'nt think they could say anything but yes or no on the rehire question.

Were you an employee or 1099? Lots of flight schools make instructors independent contractors if that was the case and they said that they screwed themselves and you have one hell of a lawsuit if you choose. Even if you get hired by eagle

Differs by state as well. I'm not sure what the OK law is, despite going to school there and working there several years. In TX for example, an employer can't even say whether you're eligible for rehire.
