Other than Compass, none really.

The future of finding a fast upgrade depends not on growth in this section of the industry, but rather a place that will not shrink.

Yea YX, and F9 got shafted by this whole mess, but the Lynx guys will get a pay raise after the list is implemented. They’re the same as Rp, a bottom feeder regional. No worries though, because they will all upgrade in 2 years

Likeitis hit the nail on the head. The pay rate isn't everything. While the pay raise would be nice, it can't replace the working environment and treatment we had before this whole fiasco went down. The massive drop in QOL that has occurred is the main reason I opted to bypass when they tried recalling Lynx people a while back. Just not worth it.

A Lynx 2009 hire is above most 2007 RAH hires when the SLI goes through. Most of them will be coming to RAH as they will be near the top of the FO list. Good deal for them, continued demoralization and $37 an hour pay for the 2007 and 2008 RAH guys. I don't know of a single one of the RAH 2007 and 2008 RAH guys that isn't looking for the shortest route to the exit doors. That should tell you if RAH is the place to be. I would suggest holding out fro Skywest.

I exited office space style. Just turned off my phone and never showed up again. Best thing I ever did for myself.

If they are going to come to RAH it will be in the very near future. Right now our current contract says that furloughed guys can only defer recall until they are the most junior furlough remaining. I expect recalls to start almost immediately upon IMSL being in place. They'll still be middle to bottom of the FO list. The Lynx guys who did come over seem to think most have moved on to something else already.

The recalls we received a couple months back (to the Q400) said most junior remaining and if you bypassed, you would not be recalled again. I don't see how they can do that without the the MSL being implemented, but they did. I was lucky and found a local job flight instructing right about the same time the recalls came out so I bypassed anyway. From talking to people, the difference in QOL now just wasn't worth it to me. Good luck to those still there.

my educated guess is that for was lynx only, and that once the list is implemented and if your name was on it you'll get one more chance. QOL sucks at a regional pretty much wherever you go, but it even worse with an outdated contract and being in section 6. I do think things will greatly improve when the contract gets done.

It was for Lynx only, but the letter said Republic Airlines on the Q400, so it made it sound like it was your one shot. We'll see.
