How long are people waiting to find out they got the job after they interview?
I'd say a couple weeks on average. Unless they need to fill the next class then they'll call rather quickly.

If a new hire is awarded the CRJ - are they placed specifically into the -200/-700/-900 or is it CRJ and pay is based upon what hours you flew in which series?

We fly all 3. The 700 and 900 pay 200 rate with a block hour override. When you're junior you'll fly mostly the 200.

And a couple bases you'll only fly the 200 no matter how senior you are!

TUS, PSP, and FAT are 200 only. (yet 700/900 qualified)

PHX has 4-5? 900s that you might fly once in a while.

As a junior line holder in bases that fly all 3, you'll typically only fly the 200.

PDX and SEA are predominantly 700 flying for AK.
