I'd be more on board if you could spell correctly.

You have to get 50%+1 to decertify and the only ones who might have gotten screwed on Pinnacles list are the top 200.

Does anyone else think it's ironic that the Arbitrator took Pinnacle's proposal with minor adjustments and it screwed the top of Pinnacle?

I know at least one of the SLI negotiators at Pinnacle was a senior guy... didn't he look to see how he and his buddies would be affected? Granted the original proposal made no distinction between 900 and 200 flying and therefore benefited 9e even more but given that 900 and 200 have different pay rates it wasn't a huge leap to see Bloch break them into different categories and thereby hose the top of Pinnacle because of Mesaba's huge advantage in 900's.

Be careful what you ask for, and if you ask, make sure you know what you're asking for.....

I have a feeling ALPA would kick us out long before you would ever get enough votes. At some point they (ALPA) will realize that we don't bring enough of what we are costing and just say bye-bye!

No, but the next closest thing you can do is make sure you vote out the entire 9E MEC when elections come. From 2005-2011, there have been nothing but mistakes made at the union-level. Plenty of recalls, plenty of misrepresentation, and too many mistakes made to carry on this dog-pony show.

Vote for the Mesaba reps.

All the above posts aside, this is a regional airline seniority list. Who really cares if you ended up at the top or the bottom.... even if you're at the bottom you'll get to upgrade at some point, and if you're at the top you may have made some bad life choices along the way.

Do your thing, get out, and move on to somewhere better.

That is a GREAT idea. I am whole heatedly behind it!

Simple, the proposed SLI will be in eight groups:
1. 900 FOs
2. 200 FOs
3. Q400 FOs
4. Saab FOs
5. 900 CAs
6. 200 CAs
7. Q400 CAs
8. Saab CAs

Jetrecruiter, have you considered that as long as the SLI is NOT implemented, you may be hurting your own FOs. Colgan is the certificate most likely to increase flying in the short term. As long as no SLI exists, only Colgan pilots will benefit. So, Jet, yeah, I am all for a long, drawn out, fight you would eventually lose.

What the hell are you complaining about, you should see how much harder some of us at Mesaba got screwed. Try looking at the jobbing the 01 to 05 hires here took it. ( I'll give you a hint, I can guarantee you are senior to all of us)
