XJ, 9E, 9L list out by June 10
#72
Barney is a person at 9E.... Initials DW who is a pilot on seniority list (though I doubt he could pass medical let alone fit in a cockpit) who works for management and his job is to bend the pilots over at every possible opportunity. Some one who I hoped would be removed with the merger.

As grievances have been worked through we had numerous guys who were terminated in the past (and were not on the seniority lists up until the last couple weeks when they were reinstated). These "additions" required verification, which were done and sent to Bloch. We have some guys that have been off the list for years that are just now back. There is always more to a story.

Yeah, so, um, June 11 and no list. No one can predict when the list will come out, not the Xj merger committee members, nor 9E. Bloch, and only Bloch, will determine when the list comes out. Now like most old lawyers on weekends, I'd imagine golf and fishing are a priority for Saturday and Sunday.
As for the ISL, I don't think anyone can guess an exact date. Maybe it will come out Monday, maybe not.

At least he got smart and stopped giving dates on when it would be done. He did say he was done two weeks ago, nothing should have changed between now and then except possibly for the date of hire, depending on how that issue got resolved. If it was done two weeks ago and all he needed was updated and confirmed lists and those were turned in 4 days ago, what else is there to do? Nothing would have changed. What kind of process is used to confirm the lists are accurate? Is anyone else thinking that he changed his mind and just re-did the whole thing?
