that loa is 9e's pre-nup for the sli that puts 9e's pilots on the same playing field as xj and 9l. everyone voted this contract in. the loa was part of the package we all voted on. without this loa the 9e guys would be losing several months of seniority right off the bat. xj can contest till the cows come home, but in the end bloch will use the same date for everyone, their class start date.

It seems there is a pretty big disconnect between what were being told by our respective MECs. Im pretty sick of this Mesaba said this...Pinnacle said this BS.

I just don't see anything that states this was to be used for SLI or anything anywhere about 9E changing their dates for SLI specifically.
I would love to hear ALPA Nationals interpretation of 9E's seniority list as it pertains to DOH.

Bloch hasn't said a word since the lists went in other than asking our guys to send the certified 6/1 list directly to the CJC and XJ merger chairs. We are all still waiting. All that happened last night (which obviously leaked out) is the XJ merger chair sent an email challenging the DOH/Seniority date as well as try and say that lists can't change when 9E has had movement in 200+ positions (new hires, upgrades, terminated guys getting jobs back, etc).
