If this is how the XJ MEC is going to treat an item already agreed upon months ago, I wonder how they will handle the ISL if it goes any other way than DOH. This reminds me of the way another group that didn't like their Arbitrator's decision (not DOH) handled themselves. Let's all hope they wake up before they sink our ship for good.
Freaking ask him to show you the original pinnacle certified list. Your jaw will drop at his incompetnence.

The certified senority list that Pinnacle (J.H.) presented did not represent DOH as the first day of class!!!! ASK HIM TO PRODUCE THE CERTIFIED LIST FOR YOU and then tell me who the idiot is. Both XJ and Colgan were ready to fight it a bit when the certified list was to be presented. J.H. did not show the correct information. So their was nothing to dispute back then. Not saying this would be right or wrong back then, just trying to make sure you got some good info. Do not take my word for it, do your own research.

Hunter was holding your process up. For those who were wondering...
From what I've heard, even the 9E MEC was oblivious to this.

*Column "G" was actually the checkride date, not "seniority/class date". My iPhone app for spreadsheets is making this difficult. Both dates were always there and this issue was discussed from the beginning. Bloch has made it clear he wanted the seniority date (class date) post-dispute so the issue is dead.

I concur. When the first dispute from the merger Cmte chair clearly mentions that a column was removed (which actually was column "G") its clear that it was there.

In excel you can hide columns by sliding one column over another, making the columns become hidden. They are still there, but the corresponding letters are not all there anymore. a, b, c, d, e, f, h......
And we will see if the dispute is dead once we receive the award, if that ever happens.

From what I've heard it was hidden badly.
