Pinnacle is going well, although the cloud of uncertainty is not what i was hoping for! I will say one thing.... I really have no desire to fly with props or less than 2 engines again! Tell the crew I said hey!

By just sitting through the first week with these guys I will agree with all of the above. We are staying at the homestead but due to 4 classes being run through the system most of my classmates, including myself, are in double rooms with a roomate- not the best! Its a bit of a concern when a few classes in front of me are just getting finished with IOE and it has now been 4 months since the first day of class! $800 a month is rough for 4 months! Its also a bit disconcerting to know that there is already a "surplus" of pilots and 100+ are still in training! I can only hope a pilot contract, a NW contract, the 15 parked planes, and more flying arrives soon!
Anyway, study your butt off... and if you get an instructor named Jan (pronounced Yan) for FMS class, pay attention, he's an awesome instructor with some great insight.
And watch out for Brown Recluse spiders... killed two of them buggers during my incarceration in Memphis.
