They told us in Memphis that the class on the 11th was all saab since ours on the 14th was all Q.

The 3-14 class ended up being all Q due to the no shows. If they are going to structure and staff the BOS Saab base for Summer flying, a Saab class makes sense at this point.

I talked to the HOUR at mesaba yesterday and at that point the 11th class was still all Q and she told me to expect that to stay the same

In the interview they said the 11th would be both and next one on May 2nd was still TBD. I have the sneaking suspicion that those of us starting in two weeks may be getting jerked around a bit for some amount of time. I fully expect to fly both of these planes eventually.

You got the right attitude. If you know what to expect, no reason to be dissapointed.

With the vacancy bid just announced for BOS, it will be either BOS or CRW more than likely. IAD is the most senior as far as FO's and most staffed.

Regarding the Saab/BOS...There are quite a few people that have been wishing for a BOS base for years. I expect the BOS vacancy to be filled with current staff and the new blood will continue to be sent to IAH and IAD. BOS will be senior! Only 22 openings right now. Hopefully, 22 is just a start and they will continue to staff it up.
