I have a Major Airline Cap friend sending my resume to them for me. He says is a good airline to work for. Any thoughts?

Check out APC for the pay scales.
Here is the link: http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airli...ional/psa.html

I can't say anything to QOL. because I'm not a pilot, only a wannabe...

Good luck anyway!

Why is it still called PSA if it's based out of CLT? Naming rights stuff?

Pretty sure its an operating certificate thing. When US Air bought the PSA certificate they were on the west coast but times have changed...

I can see the hourly rate, but i dont know approx how many hours you end up flying per month to get an actualy monthly income. Also, i wanted to know how much/month per diem a pilot makes.

its listed directly under that as monthly guarentee and monthly reserve guarentee...looks like 75 and 72 hrs respectively, which works out to 1,575/ month on guarentee @ 75, and $18,900/year.

I have talked to a pilot there, he is a FO (4th year) looking forward to upgrade soon. He really enjoys the airline if you dont mind the pay (just get yourself a sugar momma). I am hoping to apply at PSA after I graduate from OU in the spring and land a job. I also heard through the grapevine that DAY is the most junior base. Best of luck with PSA!
