Eagle CP

Eagle folks,

I flew at Eagle (based at SFO, SJC, LAX, & DFW) from '89 to '96 then got hired by and (14 years later) furloughed from DHL.

Now I'm in the process of applying to some foreign carriers and they need the name and contact info for the CP's at all of my former employers. Of course the CP's from 15 years ago have been long gone from Eagle so I need a new name to put on the apps; someone they can call to verify my employment.

I'd really appreciate a little assistance from a current Eagle pilot. I believe the name of either the system CP or maybe the DFW CP would do as these potential employers would probably just contact the "administrative assistants" to dig through their dusty archives in order to find my name.

I wont post a CP's name on the board, but you could cal HR and ask them.

They don't like outside/potential employers calling the CP's office directly. Use the main HR number or the numeber that come up on Google. Not trying to be funny, but that's what the company wants.

Yeah. That's why I suggested PMing me. Guess I'll call them in the morning for a couple of hours worth of phone tag and hold line muzak.

I guess my post wasn't clear enough. I actually have a phone number to put on the apps. It is the main corporate number. I'll leave it up to my potential new employer to navigate their way to the right office. It's just the CP name that I needed so I can finish this lengthy application.

I'm certainly out of my depth here but after 14 years at DHL you can't just call and tell them what you said here? AE HR can get miffed for having to answer the phone and dig up some info. That is sort of their job, isn't it? It's not like your some punk kid calling everyday to see when the CA review board is.
