Curious about your (XJT) good contract? what is your min day credit? what is your deadhead credit? What is your duty rig? If someone could post that info...and others like it...that would be very helpful.

Thanks
Ya ASA rates suck because they were wipsawed against SKYW, Non-Union, why would anyone even wonder about this. XJT work rules were the best when we got them, better than mainline CAL, but Jim Ream realized giving these saved him from Comair pay scales back in 04 (5 year $100 hr captain). since then we gave back hourly but kept pretty much everything else, Including 401K match and Vacation Bidding which basically added and extra 7-8 days per year if you could bid blind drunk. Sad part is all the guys who got us this are now at CAL, anyone want to call Neil S and offer him a job!

100% Dh

No duty rigs
SkyWest Airlines has 3:45 daily guarantee, 100% DH, 2:1 duty rigs, 1:1 duty rigs on scheduled duty days greater than 12 hours, holiday pay for everyone regardless of who works, int'l repo pay, and of course 100% CX pay. Just giving you the info in case we get one list.

Just to clarify that, we get 1:1 hours for every scheduled duty hour past 12.

XJT also has the repo pay (:30 min for int'l and very little for domestic - 10 minutes, I think); 100% CX pay; some small amount for going through Customs - again, :10, I think.

13.5 hours max scheduled duty, 15.5 hours max

+1. As a Skywest Pilot, I welcome a SLI with all 3 airlines. I think nothing but good can come from one list and one contract!

Oh Yeah since when has ASA had a bad reputation. IF we are so bad why are we about to be the biggest regional in the country.
Delta and NWA merged. They weren't bought. It was considered a merger of equals as both airlines were in good standing and stock was swapped in the exchange.

What about the hold times for calling crew scheduling? does Skywest even have a hold time? How often do you get your days off rolled over there?

OK - after 16 pages we've danced around the topic long enough. Please tell me about the Skywest FAs! Are the rumors of young honeys true? I've seen a handful that were just friggin' BLAZING hot, but overall what is the truth?

Don't expect much from the XJT FAs. Nice people for the most part, but nothing to look at. The Beastie Boys wrote a song about our FAs after being a passenger on our flights.

Hell, half of our crew rooms look like Oak Ridge Boys tribute bands.
