If you interviewed in May then you need to give them more time. We need a lot of pilots, and they are interviewing a lot of pilots. All the paperwork and classes that are going on now have created a difficult job for HR. So they just need more time. If offered a Class date, you would probably be looking at something around the end of July or later.

interview is tomorrow.. I have never been to an airline interview (I dont count Pacific wings) or flown a full motion sim. It should be quite a learning experience. For the poster above... 1450TT 110ME, no failed checkrides ever. I had someone walk my stuff in a couple times.
For those that are getting the call.. how long after the interview? Is training paid? Hotel? How long is training? Where is training for each aircraft? Do they give you an option for training class dates? Do you pay for your own uniform or is it reimbursed?

------Yes, EWR is the only current one, but rumor is that IAH will go extremely senior when it opens.

How long is training?
----4 weeks in Memphis for ground, 2 weeks in either St. Louis or Houston for the SIM.

Training is paid, $50/day for each day you are there. In Memphis we had 1 week of indoc, 3.5 weeks of systems, 2 days for our class to do the pc oral and 2 days dedicated to crm. Sim was almost exactly 2 weeks. Not sure where the Q sims are but the Saab is Houston or St. Louis.
IAH Q is senior, I've flown with senior Saab Capts who would be reserve Captains down there. Going to be pretty senior on the FO side i believe. Id have to look at the list again but its a popular plane in a more popular base than EWR.
You pay for your uniform, it will be deducted from your paychecks. It unfortunately, isn't cheap.
