Hmmm not true. My wife and I traveled EVERY MONTH for the first 2 years I was at Eagle. We went to Canada, Mexico, Japan and all around the United States. I moved RSV days around and of course used vacation days. Only slowed down after the second year because she was pregnant. My daughter, wife and I have been on at least 12 flights since my daughter was born...and I was still on reserve. It's all about planning.

I would strongly urge you to get it, you can do it online, google/this forum search will yield some good quick online directions to get it. It came in like 5 days for me.

Must have proof that the FCC License has been ordered, must bring the original or receipt of order to the interview but will need the original to meet the review board and must bring it to the first day of class...

No such thing as quick directions for getting that thing. The actual test for it is figuring out how to order it.

I'm on track for the 17th too, was hoping for NYC but looks like it will be mostly ORD/DFW/MIA.

I got mine 2 months ago, and I went on APC, followed by google which if I remember correctly took me back to a thread on here that I hadnt found when searching here, that was like 5 quick directions on how to get it, I was done in under 10 min, it came within a few days.
