Don't you have anything better to do?

If what I say throws some of guys into such a tizzy, why not just put me on ignore and improve your lives ?

That way you won't have to flee to Eaglelounge for warm and fuzzy's. Just a suggestion.

At any rate, silly me.
Eaglefly, why don't you start touring the campus of Embry Riddle on your days off and charge the up and comers for your valuable information. There are plenty of wealthy starry eyed aviation students that would line with their parents checkbooks just to hear some valuable information from a seasoned veteran regarding the future of the airline industry. For a small price one could save thousands throughout their career just by listening to the advice from expert advice from Eaglefly.

LOL !!!

Cute.

My opinions are my opinions and that's all they are. Wingtips and rick have theirs and with just as much conviction, yet I'm the bad guy to you too. No problem. Look, I realize this segment of the forum is virtually all young regional guys, so you guys tend to stick together..........well, when you're not tearing yourselves apart. Many (not all) of you only see what you choose to see. I had no problem with rick waving his finger in my face with all HIS certainties, belittling virtually every oopinion I had, so if I have any "advice", it is to either learn to live with disagreement or go elsewhere, where [theme from cheers].........evreyone knows your name.

Eaglelounge for instance !!!

Again, if you can't handle me, tune me out via ignore. If you'd like to discuss an issue, that's cool too.

Loosen up there old man, where's your since of humor? Your advice is duly noted by everyone including myself, and it appears your taking my comment and others way to personal. I want your next comment to include some humor and entertainment rather than your typical attitude of, "I've been around this industry for years and know everything, I can't stand all these young, clueless, witty new comers."

I will admit, the only reason why I'm coming at you is because of this AA FO I know. This guy has been at AA for many years but still is an FO. He is ****ed about his situation and lets everyone in aviation he comes in contact with know. This guy hates AA with a deep passion. He literally has no friends (I kid you not) and takes the issue with AA so seriously that it has ruined his life (this guy breaths fire). Everyone in the local GA community hates this guy, and probably everyone that knows him for that matter. I can only imagine what it's likes to fly with him. I doubt you are this guy because he has been an FO at AA for many years and from what I gather you have spent the majority of your career at a regional. Some of your posts remind me this guy I know and that is all.

I think you've confused me with the others who ran off in a huff. I'm quite relaxed, son. I add a lot of smiley faces to impart lack of negative emotion, but I guess not all pick up on that. I've stated repeatedly, I am like everyone else here with opinion only.

I did find it fairly humorous how Rick (with all his experience and wisdom regarding the industry) seemed to have it all figured out in only a year and a half from a regional F/O's position.

Well, again I think you've chosen to be selective in your perception. I've only been here a year or so and am not as jaded as the F/O you know, but considering what all the employees here have been subjected to, your friend is not an anomaly. IMO, the employees of this airline are irreparably damaged and regardless of what occurs from here on out, I seriously question whether it will ever produce the product management hopes for.

This carrier is even more dysfunctional then the one I left. Despite a new CEO, it appears the same old attitude towards employees and well, you know.......garbage in, garbage out.
