The ATP course is 7 days. Starts on a saturday and ends on the next friday. They send you emails for online modules and also let you know that you have been set up for FMS training the first day, and last day check out on crj for course completion. Eagle provides transport to location but not lodging. Once ATP calls you they give you a few options. Look at ATP website for all schools offering jet transition course.

I was in that same interview group. Were you the guy who got called out first. Just tell me your time and I should be able to recall who you are. I was the second person to get the offer. I haven't heard anything yet. What I think you should also should consider is that the FAA, I think can take up to 10 days to get background info. so we might be up for review like the guy said today or Monday. Do you have to go to the jet transition course?

They review your app and if they like it, they will send you an email with a phone number you can call to schedule an interview. At this time they also print out your application, so any subsequent changes you make in AirlineApps won't be reflected in your file.
You will get a choice of Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, within three weeks.

And if my app is not selected for interview, will they let me know?
Thanks!

Well, honestly you are correct. However give him a break! 900/75 it is better than 500/50 or even less!

That is completely up to pilot recruiting. I wasn't born with a couple thousand hours in a jet. I wasn't born with an FE certificate. There were a lot of "firsts" for me. First time flying a jet, first time flying an ATR, etc.
I was a sim instructor in the corporate environment and I saw folks that had multiple type ratings and thousands of hours in jets that I was amazed were still alive. The student that I was most impressed with was one that had never flown a jet and was getting their first type rating. Hours don't mean squat to me. Skill is what you judge someone on. The number of hours are for the insurance company/lawyers.
Sounds like a "catch 22" attitude to me. You can't get 121 ops without having 121 ops experience.
Rbtower2, welcome aboard!!! Glad to have you. I hope you do well. Dedicate yourself from the day you walk in the school house until you're off probation to learning the ops and your aircraft. Be open to suggestions and constructive criticism. If you don't know find someone and ask.
