Yes, you have to show all documents when you show up for the interview. Here is a link to the FCC page for the permit. I believe you can just print out the page from the FCC site when you complete the form and pay for it, but dont quote me on that one. Its definitely something to get accomplished sooner rather than later so you can check the box on airlineapps.

Thanks Flyby1206. I completed my application today. Your link was very helpful because the FCC web sit is a labyrinth and difficult to navigate.

Youre welcome, I've been there and done that with the FCC page and finding the right license. I know it is a serious pain in the a**!

We know that having an internal recommendation at Eagle is helpful for getting an interview.
How is a recommendation from someone at American Airlines viewed?
Is that considered an internal recommendation (since they are both owned by the same holding company)?
If not, is it still more helpful than a recommendation from somewhere else?

I think a recommendation from an AA guy is the same as an Eagle guy. It may move you up the stack, but you still have to pass the interview on your own.
By the way, I just heard from some one in hiring that they want 50 guys a month for the foreseable future. Get your apps in now...there is going to be huge movement in the coming months.

that is only for the last 184 (about) for recall all the rest have to wait for new hire classes. I am going to go with the latter of my question and say this is all do to the new FTDT and the companies got a heads up.
AA is in no way expanding, just as eagle is not except the 22 CRJ's. It is just reducing frequencies somewhere and add a new city to pick up the slack and make it look as is you are expanding. Old playbook just so AA/AMR can get there name in the news.
