What about DFW ATR? Is that possible out of training? How's reserve on it?

There seems to be a fair amount of new hires coming into DFW on the ATR. Some had to start in SJU, or MIA, and bid to DFW. But there seems to be a large amount of FO's going to the jet from the ATR, so DFW will probably start seeing some openings for NH's right out of training.

I hope they have some kind of plan. Historically, movement at Eagle means massive shortage in Captains. The company either doesn't see why captains leaving would create a need for new captains, or they want to see how thin they can run us. The last class of 35 flow throughs created a void in the Northeast and scheduling was handing out extensions and jms like crazy.

Dear Management:

EAGLE WILL LOSE CAPTAINS TO AA SOON
BE PROACTIVE AND TRAIN SOME NEW CAPTAINS BEFORE THE MOVEMENT
THAT WAY WE WONT HAVE TO CANCEL FLIGHTS

Love,

FO's

Priceless. Too bad they will never get the message.

How in depth do they go with background checks? I got an apartment once with people off craigslist (bad idea) and they didn't pay rent and ended up making everyone, including myself, look bad... Would this come up?

Total BS.

Lot of guys in my class had busts, including me.
