My advice to other people who are applying is that start collecting driving records and college transcripts now - before the interview. That way when they call, and they want to give you a 3-4 week period to allow you to get ready, you can say that you'll take the next available one. I told LC that and she scheduled me one for that following monday. Interviewed monday, heard back on friday because I called my employers to do PRIA stuff ASAP.

Paper work is really not that bad, besides driving record, transcripts it's not bad. I mean you need to make photocopies but that takes all of 5 minutes. Good luck with everything.

When I started applying everywhere, I also applied for all the paper work I knew I would need, then when I got the call, I was able to sched my interview ASAP, which got me in a class sooner maybe even two.

And the flows haven't even started up again. Will be interesting seeing how low they go.

Any chance AE/AA will extend their so-called gauranteed pipeline?

Highly doubt it. It was a negotiation so that the union would stop pursuing a grievance. The documents are signed and active. Get in before the deadline, or I fear you have missed the boat...
