Would they really expect you to remember specifics about an airframe you haven't flown in 6 months or more?

They won't ask you much about aircraft, you can find what they ask on the gouges. So I would go ahead and memorize the basic stuff for your last twin, last professionally flown aircraft and last flown aircraft. If you are lucky, your last flown aircraft was also a twin for your most recent employer.

I've read through several pages, but couldn't find an answer. What are the chances of a new hire getting MIA? How about getting the jet at MIA?
I see a lot of people asking about LGA and ORD, but not much about MIA? Is it that senior, or does nobody want to go there?
