I think they just switched the EMB training to CBT (Computer Based Training) so expect to do Indoc the first week, then go home for a week to do the CBT. come back and do some more CBT at the training facility. After that its 2 weeks of reviewing and preparing for oral and written. CRJ does the same. ATR, I have no idea. Don't study now because first week it's company policies so you can't really prep for that. And they should tell you what to study during that week (usually memory items, flows, profiles, etc.). I believe my class was the last one on the EMB to do Indoc and then 3 weeks of classroom systems (no CBT). Days were 7am-4pm with 1 hr lunch and like a 10 min break every hour so the days actually go by quick.

I hope this helps.

The most recent letter from management all but said it: They're desperate. Get those apps in!

Embraer: If you are staying at home, I vote to be your "roommate". See you there.

Is that the one where your union lets management get off from a grievance about canceling vacations? It's unions who give in to management who make it harder for the rest of us to make a good contract. At negotiations all we here is "Look at Eagle. Those pilots accepted it." Thanks for nothing.

Get your facts straight. No vacations were cancelled. Pilots have options to forgo their vacations or go on vacation as planned.

Read it again. I didn't say they canceled vacations. Isn't your LOA to avoid management doing it? If your union had balls, it would fight them instead of let them have any agreement they like.

It would be nice if us on the ATR had the option to get 300% pay

You get bunked up with whoever is closest to your age. They just go down the senority list and pair everyone up. Unless there's a girl, she gets her own room regardless.

Us ATR guys got lucky, after the first week we got our own rooms for the remainder of training.
