The "Auto/Manual Open" is the start of the 48hr window(26FEB @ noon CST) where you can fill out the RF 100 SWAP requests. It is first come, first served so be fast!
There is an art to swapping reserve days. You have to put in individual requests for each swap and do it in an order that wont cause any legality issues, meaning you wont exceed 6days in a row of duty at any point during your swap requests.

Starts with an L...I really can't remember. Every time I call I'm so aprehensive I never catch her name!
I think I also have a theory as to why the review board only meets once a week:
The review board captains are the same guys who do the interviews. They conduct interviews all week which as we know last all day. That leaves them no time to do the final review. So they have set aside Friday as a day to do that.
That would make sense, otherwise why only have the captain review board once a week? Plus, if this is the case it kind of takes the drama out of the equation a bit. Just knowing that the same guys who offered you the job (and got to speak with you one on one) are the same people who will be making the final decision is somewhat comforting.
I just hope we hear some good news by next Friday...

I trust the information, as I heard it from someone directly involved in the interview process.
