I fell the same way. All I know is that something is going to go down.

All I can think is "do your flight time, see what will happen and then MOVE!!!!". I'm new in the company, so...I'm really worried right now. I really want to work here for at least 7 years.

At the worst case, at least I will have 121 jet time experience, that's the only thing is missing in my resume.

the letter says we are overpaid and we will start shrinking as soon as American can diversify feed. good thing we are hiring so many pilots. but at least dan garton is optimistic about our prospects! my guess is this is the beginning of the end for eagle in its current form. i would expect when the dust settles down the road it will be a 1200-1500 pilot airline.

I think that if anything is announced that AE will continue to fly for AA for 5 year. Then 20% of the flying a year will be bid for for 5 years until its all gone.

Eagle CA payscale is about 10% higher when comparing years 1-10. Eagle FO payscale is marginally higher (1-3% higher) when comparing years 1-5
