The only way to get one level of safety is to elimenate code share arrangements so people actually know who is flying the airplane they bought a ticket on.

the major airlines created the regional airlines to bypass paying decent wages...they created a monster...go look at the route maps of ozark, air california,piedmont-1,frontier-1,empire,southern, florida express, northeast, north central,...they are the same as republic, skywest, mesa etc.

He is not a professional, he is not wearing his epaulets correctly. They are supposed to be positioned at the bottom of the flap.

One thing I have learned on these forums is that if you do not dress 100% correct you can not be a professional

Default Single Level of Safety

Single Level of Safety is one of the biggest cases of fraud being handed to the flying public everyday. I could expound on this assertion, but I think it just speaks for itself.

Wasn't that Valuejet in pieces in the swamp caused by mislabeled/packed hasmat materials that should have never been on an aircraft? Not crews fault. Am I wrong on that?

Well....if there is something that dictates how the uniform is to be worn then I would say that paying no attention (especially if intentional) would be a sign of a failure to obey the rules and a lack of attention to detail - both things which are unprofessional
