What did you make this year??

I would still prefer to see everyone convert their hourly wage into something more comparable. Just take the gross amount you made, including bonuses, etc, and divide it by the actual hours flown. That along with how many days off will give us all a better indication in not only pay but also QOL you sacrificed or didn't sacrifice to get that pay.
Cape Air - C402 CA
$47,000 gross without per diem
711 hours blocked (no reserve)
$66.10 per flight hour
About 200 days worked, home each night. No idea about duty time, but I currently average 6.5 to 9 hours of duty each day on a 5 on/5 off schedule.

Does that include the company's 401k match AND the retirement contribution?

ok well regular company match was $2500
Not sure where to find out how much was the defined contribution.
So thats 45,500 plus the defined contribution but who knows what that is can't find it in my 401k statement. But all and all if you divide that by the low number of hours I flew for the year I can't really complain!
But I'm always ready for a raise!!!!
hahahahaha
