I never did any voluntary extended days (none were offered anyway). The $ in addition to base salary all resulted from contractual implications: two after-midnights, and working almost every holiday. I will miss the NJA pay/benefits but I'm actually looking forward to getting back to 121...just my opinion, although I wish it was at a higher pay scale than the regionals. Maybe my opinion will change back someday. I don't get why so many people have idolized fractional flying.

My third year pay at UPS was the same as 2nd yr pay due to voluntary concessions to avoid a furlough...but humbled and just plain lucky to be employed after many furloughs.
