My base is 23% but it is based on company performance. Historically it has averaged in the low 40ish%.
I fly for a F20 company. I blocked 350 hours last year with 125 rons. It was a busy year. Normally I average around 70 rons a year.
There is no per diem as I am on an expense report.

It's not bad. We have a fair number of senior guys clearing $70,000-$80,000 on the 402. Granted they've been around a while, but it's decent enough to keep them around for the long haul. During the big regional hiring boom in 2006-2007, my company was forced to raise pay to attract ATP-qualified applicants. Funny how that works...

737 for a small Texas airline (relatively senior captain)
Not check airman, did bid reserve two months in 2009

yep you pilots have it so bad..............again I make like 15K a year, and I dont ***** about pay, looking at 4 other people I graduated with who work at walmart/dominos/mcdonalds/ even MET LIFE, and make between 16k and 30k (met life) I dont have it that bad, and I am the only one who actually enjoys work, and we all have B.A.'s from top 100 colleges
