Three domiciles. . .ah this is going to be fun to watch from the sidelines. Especially as block hours increase through next year.

They say we will have a block hour reduction on the Delta side that is in line with the 20 AC leaving... With six airplanes having no home, I wouldn't expect and immediate recalls... We have only been losing about 1 pilot a month for the last year so you guys wont get back on due to attrition. ASA seems to be basing it's business plan on Mesa's downfall, if whatever there magical plan is pans out then i'm sure that big things will start happening sometime this spring. I assume the same would go for the SKYW side too.

It was interesting that they have no plans to offer COMA's for the next several months. I thought for sure they were going to be offered after December. Perhaps we aren't overstaffed as they want us to believe.

I have moved up 6 spots on the master seniority list since September. Not a lot but more than the 1/month. I don't see us being overstaffed in the near future.

although I do agree they wont be overstaffed soon.. I predict recalls on April 1. I have no base for that argument just a guess

If I see an "ASA Recall" thread on here April 1, I'll be rather suspicious

Let me rephrase then. Since the END of September. As in, from the October list to the December list I have moved up 6 spots. So 3 each of the last two months.

Trying to figure out current staffing levels. If I get this wrong some one correct me, since I'm a noob with this. 159 airframes currently, loosing 6, down to 154 in the spring.

I count roughly 1375 total active (bids awarded) pilots

so.. 1375 / 154 = 8.9 pilots or 4.45 crews per a/c?

That sounds a lot tighter than I would have expected, am I borking the math/aircraft/pilot counts somewhere?

First off, there are a lot more than 1375 active pilots. It's 1557 active pilots.
